From 23rd – 26th March 2015, ICT company has organized a baseline survey team under the NORRED project to conduct a survey at 9 communes in 3 districts of Ha Nam province. Here, the team has conducted in-depth interviews with leaders of Department of Health, the provincial PMU leaders, the leaders of Ha Nam Provincial General Hospital, the leaders of hospitals/District medical centers.
